While this mod is currently in BETA form, its making history by becoming not only the first "Car of Tomorrow" based Mod, but also having the first "COT" 3D Body Model outside of NASCAR's R & D Center. "Its been a long time coming", said Justin Jacobs, Owner of RPM-3D, Inc. "I am glad to see that its finally getting to where it is supposed to be, in the hands of the community." To the knowledge of RPM-3D, Inc. this is one of the first Mods, or games actually Pre-Dating Stock Car Racing before the actual cars are "Racing" on the tracks. "We know its not going to be perfect, its a BETA, and the first Mod of any type RPM-3D, Inc. has attempted". "We are excited about this launch, and hope the community enjoys it, even though it may not be the best mod, with the communities help it will get better".
